Mr. Anshul Mishra  IAS has NO KALASHARPA DOSAM.

Kala sharpa yoga is NOT THERE. Because LAGNA ONLY in lock from raghu kethu location.  Though all other planets are in lock (not in lock) if we assume in a way of raghu and kethu, when lagna or moon (ascendent or moon) is out of the lock, then we cannot say this chart is KALASHARPA YOGA or DOSA. Or if other planets are out of lock of raghu and kethu then also we cannot say kalasharpa yoga or dosa. 

Manglik dosa - This is there for 75 % of people in India. For this kali yuga its a general factor for several chart owners.

Raghu may be a giver. Giver of other planets power. If the desa is kethu, then he may face several troubles in job.

Why raghu gave this chance and how he made his career powerful. In general raghu and kethu has NO OWN HOUSE. So it will do the good and bad according to the place where it resides. Raghu has powers of SATURN and Kethu has the powers of MARS. So if raghu at 10th house from ascendent (LIBRA) then the SATURN is PEAK (exalted) at LIBRA. So just like that do not say KALA SHARPA YOGA failed or inactive. It is there in several charts and working perfectly.  

Also keep in mind, that you are not the DETERMINATOR or you are not the BASE of these universal creations. We are after all human beings. Our brain has only certain limits to understand the world. 

The creator of this universe is invisible and is endless. You cannot learn his rule. You cannot frame his rules within some boxes.

This shows your ignorance. This shows your domination mindset. This shows that are not ready to bear when some concepts are against to you.

We cannot assure your excellence, when it is compared to Siddha saints like PULIPANI, BOGAR, and SUKRACHARI. Sukrachari wrote sugarnadi which spells clearly about kalasharpa dosa. So are you intellectual than Sukarachari or Bogar?. How to believe your words, that there is NO KALA SHARPA DOSA. It is there for several but this gentleman Mr.  Anshul Mishra IAS has no kala charpa yoga or dosa. But he has several other good luck in future.

Several well experienced astrologers know that kala sharpam has 2 faces. That is YOGA AND DOSA. When it is anticlockwise locked of all planets between raghu and kethu we are saying it kala sharpam. The matter is how those planets are locked. Whether locked behind raghu or locked behind kethu. If it is locked behind Raghu then its a yoga and if it is locked behind Kethu then its a dosa. Yoga use to do good only. Here behind means after the planet. behind raghu means after raghu in anti clockwise direction.

Here  we cannot say all the planets are locked into raghu kethu of Mr. Anshul Mishra chart. Only lagna is in lock (anti-clockwise rotational of kethu and raghu) We have to note the point. That is all planets are behind Kethu and NOT BEHIND Raghu. Raghu kethu use to rotate in anti clock wise of a chart. So Anshul Mishra has YOGA if your vision is kala sharpam. We cannot consider his chart as kala sharpam because Lagna (ascendent) is in  RAGHU KETHU LOC and all other planets are outside RAGHU AND KETHU.

Saturn is with Mars (NEECHAM) in 7th house. So he is getting NEECHA BANGA RAJA YOGA. But you thought he has MANGLIK.  Actually he has Gulikan in second house. So we can say he may be get late marriage or he may have a different choice in marriage. But he has NO MANGLIK issues. Late marriage is common for all people who study for a long years.,

Pulipani 300 says clearly about kalasharpa dosa. 

My final assesment: You have not understood the effects, and powers of kala sharpa yoga and kala sharpa dosa.
